The little details of your wedding can really help set the tone for the event and show your guests just how much you care about their experience. For this DIY we’ve shown how to take a utilitarian item and make it look super-stylish. In this case it’s a basic, white cardboard cake slice box; you will find similar online at places like eBay or Etsy.
We added a little baker’s twine (available in a range of fab colours), a wooden fork and a bespoke label that we designed using Photoshop on our computer. If you’re not au fait with Photoshop you could also buy ready-made labels and a stamp kit, decorating your labels with washi tape for added colour.
Serve up slices of wedding cake in your boxes and pile them up for guests to grab one on their way home.
