A User company can apply to advertise on the website via theweddingcommunity.com/advertising. Should you place an order to advertise on this website or with the Company you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of advertising along with the terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern The Wedding Community’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

2. Terms of Payment

2.1 Payment for the Services shall be the value stipulated on the invoice sent by the Company to the User.

2.2 For the avoidance of doubt VAT is chargeable in respect of all Services.

2.3 Payments must be made in full, including VAT within seven days of receipt by the User of the invoice. For the avoidance of doubt if the invoice is sent to the User via Royal Mail First Class Post or electronic mail, deemed delivery will be the second day after the document was posted.

2.4 If any payment is not received within seven days of receipt by the User of the invoice, rejected or refused, the payment will be treated as overdue and the Company shall be entitled to cancel the Order.

3. Provision of Services

3.1 Services will only be accessible or supplied once cleared payment has been received in full by the Company.

3.2 The Company reserves the right not to accept an Order for any reason and to withdraw services at any time. If services are withdrawn following receipt of the payment in full by the User, the Company shall refund the payment on a pro-rata basis, taking account of Services requested, and length of time services provided by Company (if at all).

4. Suspension of Services

4.1 The Company may have to suspend services for maintenance, improvement or repair. In this instance the service will be restored as quickly as is reasonably practicable. For the avoidance of doubt no pro-rata refund shall be available to the User in such instance.

4.2 The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty that the Services supplied will be secure, uninterrupted or error free.

5. Information supplied by the User

5.1 The Company reserves the right to remove or refuse any content provided or uploaded by the User that is deemed inappropriate and/or offensive.

6. Termination

6.1 Any Agreement made under these Terms and Conditions by the User and the Company may be terminated by the Company providing notice of its intention to terminate to the User in writing on the occurrence of any of the following events:

6.1.1 If the User fails to settle the invoice within seven days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Save in the event of fraud, the Company shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise (including, without limitation, negligence) in connection with these terms and conditions for:-

  • Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business, goodwill or reputation)
  • Any special, indirect or consequential losses

7.2 Subject to the above, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the removal within a reasonable period of any inaccurate data generated on its website.

8. Continuing Force and Effect of these Terms and Conditions
