The latest bridal collection from Anna Georgina, Inca Lily 2018, oozes dramatic elegance, and each dress is a real head-turner. Every time Anna Georgina launches a new collection the dresses seem to give more and more. Sensual and cosmopolitan, each style focuses on enhancing and elevating a particular aspect of the body. Silhouettes offer plenty of choice, from ball gowns to A-lines to figure-defining mermaids.
The 2018 collection comprises 12 wedding dresses, plus six skirt and top bridal separates to mix and match, full of magnificent details, from guipure laces to dazzling appliquéd embroidery details. The structure of boning and corsetry, and the geometry of guipure lace, draw attention to collar bones, the curve of the hips, or the line of the waist.
Each dress in this collection will make you feel a million dollars. Deep necklines and backs plunge into bias-cut satin skirts… Corseted bodices trail pearl buttons into layered skirts of lace, tulle and bejewelled satin… Illusion lace sleeves, lace tattoo elements, sparkling crystal pieces, hand embroidery, tiny belts and silk petals feature… There are also vogue colours of ivory, blush, nude and champagne.
The Anna Georgina Inca Lily 2018 Collection offers everything from traditional dresses to something very unique. Some of my favourite unique pieces from this collection include…
Louise Top and Skirt
Oh I am in love! The Louise Top and Skirt two-piece combination looks incredible. The sheer top is so feminine with leaf appliqué that scattered generously in all the right places! It flows so well into the beautiful full skirt with flowing train, and the pretty button detail at the back gives the illusion that this two-piece is in fact a dress.
Paige Top with Sephora Skirt
Wow — just wow! This is one of the most unique two-piece designs I have seen for the new season. The large lace detailing on the front and back really will wow your husband to be! Pretty lace cap sleeves finish off the detail on the Paige top, which works so well with the mermaid style satin Sephora skirt. You’ll see in the gallery below that the Paige top also looks great with the fuller, Luna skirt.
Lauren
If you are looking for a beautiful figure-hugging wedding dress that’s a little different and cosmopolitan, how about Lauren? I love the feminine shape, and the sheer panel just above the knee that flows into the full, floaty bottom, adds a touch of modern charm.
