Elbeth Gillis Milk and Honey 2017 is a stunning collection of mix and match bridal separates. The collection will strike a chord with minimalist brides, and draws upon the strong and fluid lines of the 1950s.
It’s the perfect choice for brides who want to play with finding their perfect look. There’s a choice of four skirts — flowy silk chiffon, pleated satin, silk ball gown and knee length ostrich — three bodice styles, and a variety of overlays. Lace and beading details feature, but only as highlights, and there are brilliantly functional hidden pockets.
We’ve picked a few of our favourite combinations from the Elbeth Gillis Milk and Honey 2017 collection…
Our first choice is the combination of Linda, Marina and Shelby. The Marina beaded tulle cape complements the Linda silk bodice beautifully. Shelby, a soft and flowy half circle chiffon skirt, features a sweep length train.
Next we have Chloe and Harper. Chloe is a corset style bodice made from stretch satin, and the Harper low-hemline skirt with hidden pockets, also made from stretch satin, works perfectly.
Finally, the Tara illusion top with embroidered motifs and button detail looks stunning with the Scarlet skirt. A luxurious full-circle silk skirt, Scarlet also has hidden pockets.
Although Milk and Honey is a very different collection to the Elbeth Gillis Luxury 2017 collection, they are unified by Elbeth’s signature sophistication and incredible attention to detail. You can find out more about both collections at www.elbethgillis.com.
