I know it’s only February, but there are a lot of hen and stag groups busy arranging wicked weekends for the spring/summer. So, I have put together six popular hen party ideas 2017 hen groups have been going mad for…
Life Drawing
Drawing may not be your thing, but this isn’t about the masterpiece you’re about to uncover. What’s being uncovered in front of your very eyes is what this hen party activity is all about.
So sit back, pour yourself a glass of Prosecco and enjoy the view. Life doesn’t get much better than this, especially when you’re trying to draw it!
Cocktail Making
Cocktails and hen parties go hand in hand like tea and cake, high heels and Jimmy Choo, and Ant and Dec. So, what better way to celebrate your best mate’s last days of freedom than learning how to make the ingenious drinks we call cocktails.
You will have your very own Mixologist who will teach you the science behind making the perfect cocktail. And, what you make, you must drink; well, it’s only right. Coupled with games, shots and nibbles (some cocktail making packages may not include all these things), this will be the best hen activity you will take part in on the wrong side of the bar.
Quad Biking
The easiest motor sport to do — you just sit down and push the accelerator with your thumb. It’s not all about speed either. You will love climbing steep hills, going through gulleys and descending down unthinkable steep banks. However, the speed freaks in your group will just love flying across flat fields.
These bikes are very easy to ride — even your grandmother could do it. She possibly will, if she’s invited!
Pizza Making
Throw dough in the air whilst sipping Prosecco and enjoying a right old laugh with your bezzie mates. You will have full instruction from a professional Pizzaiolo, and given the ingredients to create your very own culinary masterpiece.
But, the fun doesn’t end there. Whilst your pizza is being cooked you get to sit down and have a few drinks, before enjoying your beautiful pizza — there’s nothing like it.
It’s a Knockout
You don’t need an excuse to dress up on a hen party, so taking part in It’s a Knockout will suit your group down to the ground. If you’ve never watched the TV programme from the 70s and 80s, get yourself on Youtube and have a watch — it will put you in the mood for some knockout activity.
Who doesn’t like a day full of inflatables, foam and water? You’ll also have a PA on the day giving you updates on scores and rallying you up for an unforgettable experience.
Horse Racing
I mention horse racing weekends a lot because stags and hens love a trip to the GG’s. I don’t know why it’s called the GG’s, it just is.
The excitement of the race day, dressing up, a great excuse to drink in the day — what’s not to like? Include accommodation and transport and you’ll have yourself an amazing weekend.
