Brides looking for a hairstyle that’s a little more structured than their usual free fall waves will look gorgeous all day long with the natural-looking curls of a cascading waves hairstyle. Wear your hair as it is or, alternatively, how about pulling the sides to the back of the head and securing with a stunning antique silver barrette.
With four easy steps you can create a beautiful cascading waves hairstyle.
You Will Need…
- Hair Dryer
- Curling Tongs
- Hair Mousse
- Hair Serum
- Hairspray
How to…
- Shampoo your hair as usual and add mousse while it is still wet. Lightly blow-dry your hair for a smooth finish.
- Using a medium sized tong, curl a small section of hair at a time, holding it for a few seconds. Complete the whole head starting at the back and working your way up to the top.
- Distribute a drop of serum through the hair — the amount of product should depend on the texture of your hair.
- Starting from the top, gently split the hair with your hands, almost like you would when using a comb. Place your head back and apply a mist of hairspray over your entire style to help hold its curl.
