We just love anything sparkly, so we have fallen in love with this sparkling Christmas inspired wedding shoot, captured by Alison Conklin Photography. However, the best things about this shoot for us are the pup in a tutu, the glittered bicycle and all of the little glittered animals; CUTE!
“We love glitter and anything that sparkles, and this was our motto when we created this Christmas inspired shoot. We wanted to show how to create something fun and whimsical without spending a fortune.
“We found animal figurines to which we added silver paint, glue and glitter to make fun centrepieces, and we gave a sparkle makeover to the vintage bike, a great find in the trash outside our studio. Using kraft boxes wrapped in beautiful paper, colourful tinsel and candles kept things simple.
“The drawings by our model and talented illustrator, Dallas Shaw, really brought the concept to life. Sketching the tree and mantel was a fun way to introduce the items without being so literal.
“Everything came together perfectly for the shoot, and spending the afternoon with all of the talented ladies was a blast.”
