“The inspiration for our classic bridal shoot came from the word elegance. We wanted something simple that showed our real brides how to bring out their natural beauty without going over the top and searching for a ‘look’ that didn’t necessarily suit their personality. We wanted to keep this shoot simple and very classic so that most brides could relate to the styles and take something from it they could use for their own weddings.
“When it comes to styling we are all very different at Team Glam. All eight of us went along to Rock the Frock Bridal Boutique and chose the dresses we felt would best suit our models and our interpretation of classic. We then spent time trying various looks on our models until we felt we had it right. Each of the models were very different; we have some very soft hair and make-up looks to more polished and defined styles. We always like there to be a contrast in our shoots so that out of the models our real brides can pick the hair or make-up they feel best suited to.
“We used some hairpieces on this shoot which are all custom made by our stylists to match perfectly to the natural colour of our brides’ hair. We also used some hair Jewellery from Dee Neicho — we’re huge fans of Dee’s here at Team Glam and love working with all her handmade creations.”
