“I have always wanted to do a styled shoot, particularly something vintage or rustic vintage. The idea for a rustic vintage shoot in the woods was an idea Aivy Yong (the make-up artist) and I conceived after many months of planning. Both of us love everything vintage and rustic, and we began gathering a few vendors who shared the same passions and were keen to work with us.
“For the first look, we wanted something elegant and vintage, so Cammi Lau from The Bliss Chamber tailor-made a gorgeous gown for us. For the second look we wanted something more vintage 20s; something Gatsby. Aivy managed to get the dress from H&M, and I did a really great job with the styling. Thanks must also go to our gorgeous Persian beauty who was outstanding in modelling for us.”
