Wow, wow, wow! Today’s styled bridal shoot is simply gorgeous. Not only because we are a huge fan of bubblegum pink, but the styling details are so whimsical and fun; oh and there’s a really cute pink poodle and a VW Beetle! What more could you possibly wish to feast your eyes on on a cold Tuesday morning?
We love this so much and we hope you do too.
“Pastel pinks and grey with pops of bubblegum pink and pinstripe details, hearts, hearts and more hearts, with a pink poodle for good measure! Our perfectly pink wedding was inspired by Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffanys’ glamorous style and eccentric character.
“In the gorgeous setting of Nonsuch Mansion our Audrey-esque model struck many a pose. An oversized tower of gifts wrapped in vibrant pink papers, giant heart shaped balloons and delightful pom pom poodles were one of many highlights that captured the fun and flirty theme, not to mention the real pink pooch who stole the show.
“Grand floral displays and bouquets of luxurious pink roses injected the romance and glamour of the day. Striped heart table place settings set against vibrant cerise linen, white glassware, glittered pink Champagne favours and a giant floral heart decorated the wedding breakfast table, whilst heart-shaped macaroon ‘posh pops’, a wedding cake dressed elaborately with fresh blooms, powder pink marshmallows and coconut ice adorned the dessert table.
“Stunning stationery with stripe and bow motifs gave a sophisticated polish to the day, including a gorgeous seating plan displayed in an elaborate fresh flower frame.
“The grounds featured large heart-shaped topiary dressed with roses. More fresh blooms and stationery decorated the classic Volkswagen Beetle wedding car ‘Polly Pootle’, which was piled high with gifts whilst the bride and poodle went for a ride.
“We had three looks for our model each with a co-ordinating pink pout. A 50’s style dress, statement updo and beautiful bow, and striking eye make-up for the first look, a delicate soft shell pink gown with feminine half up, half down hairstyle for the second, with the final look a simple gown with a nod to the 50’s style, fastened with a black belt, hair in a high ponytail with subtle streaks of cerise pink, with matching pink shoes.”
