Kate Spade Inspired Wedding Styling

We adore Kate Spade New York and their playful sophistication, so we are incredibly excited to be sharing this fabulous Kate Spade inspired wedding styling shoot.

The concept of this styling is amazing. The bold black and white stripes, vibrant colours and luxurious gold make the perfect combination for a sophisticated, chic wedding, and the bow details make give this wedding a playful, fun twist.

The tablescapes are beautifully laid with black table covers, black and white stripe table runners and vibrant pink napkins. The collection of glassware and the ornate gold cutlery also really help to set the scene. Wait until you see the flowers — so pretty. And the cake — oh la la! The cake combines all the elements of this styling concept, with its bold stripes, shimmering gold and the fun bow.

We love the bow detail top and ruffled bottom of the bride’s dress, and the groom looks so dapper in his tux, complete with bow, of course.

The shoot took place at The Richard Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, and the tall ceilings of the stunning ballroom added a sense of grandeur. It was the perfect backdrop, and it felt like I had walked into one of Gatsby’s extravagant parties.
