Oh my — let’s all swoon over today’s incredible copper styled wedding shoot. It’s sooooo dreamy!
Copper mixed with grey and blush, an incredible tablescape, sequins galore, pretty succulents, bridal accessories to die for, and a wedding cake to wow; this shoot has it all. Copper is going to be a big trend for weddings in 2016, so we hope you are inspired by the wedding styling of the creative team behind the shoot.
A big thank you to Amanda Karen Photography for the beautiful pictures that capture this wedding concept in all its glory…
“Earlier this year I met Nodlaigh from Daydreaming Bride and we wanted to create a truly stylish shoot that our brides would be able to recreate in their own way. This vision, combined with a love for copper, grey and blush is how our styled wedding shoot at Belair House in South East London flourished.
“The focus or muse for this shoot really was our bride. Someone who wants a gorgeous and styled wedding, but who also wants to express her personality and flare, with a not so secret love of copper and succulents!
“It was important to both Nodlaigh and I that we worked with a team of wedding vendors who shared this vision, who we would trust in recommending to brides, whose attention to detail was exquisite and their level of service to their couples would be of the highest quality. After all, on your wedding day only the best will do.
“When it came to styling the venue we knew that with bold materials and colours such as copper and sequins we had to make this shoot real, so that brides could aspire to it and be able to recreate it. This is why we went for delicate mismatched vases for single blooms and the succulents, why we used a sequin table runner to add just the right amount of sparkle, and why we chose gorgeous copper calligraphy for the stationery to add the perfect amount of luxury to the overall look.
“We showcased a few styles for our bride to complement the shoot and to embrace the individuality our aspiring bride has; our dashing groom added the finishing style in a gorgeous grey suit.
“I can’t thank the team enough for turning the initial mood board into a reality, and I hope brides and grooms out there dare to add a bit of copper and sparkle to their day.”
