This week’s real wedding pictures, taken by Rebecca Parsons Photography, are from the shabby chic wedding of Jenna and Ben. Their wedding took place at Blackbrook House in Derbyshire, where they were married in an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful grounds of the venue…
“We wanted a laid back, shabby chic vintage theme for our wedding, where everything felt almost mixed and matched; something a bit different that everyone would remember. We were very lucky to be able to get married outside, which was a real highlight of the day, whilst our guests shaded themselves with vintage style parasols.
“Blackbrook House (our venue) were fantastic and lent a lot of the props and did all of the styling themselves. We made our table plan from an old vintage suitcase, we cross stitched the table numbers and we hand stamped the place cards. We had a lot of faith in the venue to do quite a lot for us, which allowed us to really enjoy the build-up and the wonderful day itself; it was truly amazing.”
