Mary and William’s wedding took place at the amazing Daylesford Organic Farm, deep in the Cotswolds, and was captured perfectly by Debs Ivelja Photography. Mary wore her mother’s beautiful 30 year old dress for the wedding, which was a traditional church ceremony followed by a candlelit evening reception — incredibly romantic and cosy, with amazing food from Daylesford’s talented chefs…
“We wanted a country chic wedding with a strong sense of tradition. Daylesford farm has an amazing style, great food, flowers, and beautiful scenery.
“I wore my mother’s wedding dress, made out of Belgian lace from over 30 years ago — we restored the dress in La Jolla California where my mother originally bought it. It is stunning and you just cannot find this type of lace or material in modern dresses. The quality was of the most importance to me and I loved that it had been worn by my mother on her wedding day.
“Debs has an amazing eye and knows how to capture those real moments — her candid shots really show what the wedding was like and allow me to relive my favourite moments over and over.”
