Today’s real wedding pictures come from this beautiful, country wedding in New South Wales, photographed by Jonas Peterson Photography. Claire and Nick created a perfectly relaxed yet elegant wedding without really even trying. The couple said they were not too fussed about creating a wedding ‘style’, they just added items that they liked and it all came together… sometimes this just works!
“We didn’t really have a wedding “style” per se. It was important to us that everyone felt comfortable; out-of-town weddings demand more from guests than your standard wedding, so we wanted to make sure people didn’t feel burdened by the long trip. Style wasn’t important to us, really. We just kept adding little things that we both liked and thankfully it all worked out for the best. We used Penguin books in the place of table numbers because we thought it would be a little way for us to have some fun and was a nice way to reflect that part of our personalities without going over the top. We also bought a Fuji Polaroid camera off eBay so our guests could have some fun taking photos. We laced some twine on a wrought iron display so our friends and family could hang up their shots.”
