Today we are bringing you another gorgeous wedding from outside of the UK. This wedding photographed by Andrea Sproxton Photography took place in beautiful Queensland, Australia.
The bride and groom, Adele and Paul, really added their personal touch to their wedding with the entire day being handcrafted by the couple, including beautiful hand-stamped linen place mats. The fantastic pictures from this rustic, outdoor, DIY wedding show how much love and attention went into creating such a perfect day.
Oh, and we ‘love’ the bride’s shoes from Irregular Choice!
Commenting on the style of their gorgeous wedding, Adele and Paul explain…
“Using the beautiful rustic setting of Yandina Station as a foundation for our design, we created a number of handmade items such as linen place mats, bunting, vintage styled children’s pin-wheels and ribbon wands. Individual items such as the guest’s place mats were ink stamped with tree symbols to represent the significance of the Moreton Bay Fig Tree. Dressing the ceremony space and the garden party was easy as we could structure the decoration around the strong, genuine character of the historic farmstead. The vintage styled handmade decorations allowed us to subtly impose a little of our personalities.”
