We are very excited to be featuring pictures from Judy and Will’s amazing wedding at South Farm in Cambridgeshire, taken by Bea and Jude. We love the attention to detail and the effort the couple put in to making their wedding so personal to them. From the handmade paper flowers and pomanders that adorned the barn, to the jam jars with tiny LED lights inside them, covered with fabric cut from Will’s old check shirts, this really is a wedding of fabulous details.
Judy looked stunning in her lace wedding dress by Benjamin Roberts, and the groomsmen in their tweed flat caps and brown shoes looked dashing…
“Our wedding had an autumnal countryside feel, with lots of green and orange. We collected acorns and pine cones from our walkies with our dog and so did Will’s parents.
“One of the reasons we picked South Farm was we had the whole place to ourselves from the ceremonies (we had two!) all the way until the reception. Actually, we picked it because they were the only venue that let us having our dog running around throughout the day!
“South Farm is so beautiful that it didn’t need much decoration. We decorated the barn with paper flowers and paper pomanders, Will’s parents ordered handmade pottery from Portugal — olive dishes for the men and honey pots for the ladies — and my mom added the oriental flavour and brought traditional Chinese wedding cakes.”
