Yes, that’s it, we now have our 12 finalists for our 2015 Picture of the Year competition, after this gorgeous picture by Lucie Watson Photography was voted our December 2015 Picture of the Month. The shot was captured in the fields of Mayfield Lavender Farm, on a beautiful summer day last year, and has become one of Lucie’s favourites…
“On the 6th August 2015, Sophie, Dave and I travelled to the beautiful Mayfield Lavender Farm in Surrey, accompanied by homemade lavender refreshments. The weather on the day was perfect.
“Sophie wore a beautiful Elizabeth Dye gown, and with her perfectly dyed hair it was a match made in heaven!
“The shot in question was a natural moment of affection which has become one of my favourite photos to date.”
