Our congratulations go to Gary and Corinne of Good Luck Wolf Photography, winners of our April 2020 Picture of the Month award. This fab picture received the most votes in our poll to become the fourth picture to go through to our Picture of the Year final in January. Taken at Claire and Chris’ wedding in Glasgow, they gained access to a rooftop so they could get this cracking shot…

“City centre weddings are really underrated. We are huge fans of them and will shoot in any city, but obviously our home town of Glasgow is always extra special.
“Chris and Claire married in the middle of Glasgow City Center at 29 Private members club. They’re a pair of party animals born and bred in Glasgow, and the city plays a huge part in their relationship so we knew we wanted to get a photo that screamed Glasgow.
“Working alongside my good friend Neil Thomas Douglas, he had arranged access to a rooftop. I knew I had to get the iconic slogan found at George Square included in one of the shots, but getting onto the rooftop made it even more special.
“It’s safe to say I was over the moon when I shot this one, and it was well worth the vertigo, burning my hand with a smoke bomb and almost slipping on the roof. We work really hard for our couples, but it’s always worth going that extra mile!”
