Our congratulations go to Nick Brightman, whose fun picture from Georgi and Neil’s wedding was voted our April 2019 Picture of the Month. Taken at Umberslade Adventure, an ancient oak and bluebell woodland in the West Midlands, it becomes the fourth picture to go through to our 2019 Picture of the Year competition in January. Nick told us how the competitive couple wanted to make use of their unique wedding venue’s assault course…

Woodland Blessing
“Georgi and Neil and married on 15th July 2017 at Umberslade Adventure, which now calls itself Enchanting Woodland Weddings. It was a woodland blessing, with tipis for the reception, and the ‘Adventure’ part of the venue name refers to an adventure playground, which all the wedding guests had access to.
“Being a very competitive couple they decided that they wanted to give the assault course a go. I took this image as they were part way round, with Georgi in the the lead!”
